I made a mistake not checking our coastal city.
The Great Lighthouse and
The Colossus are available for our game!
That's weird for a Classical Start, isn't it?
I know the Statues and Oracle are already gone, but I thought TGL and Colossus would already be gone too.
I feel paralyzed by the vast amount of choices we have at the start.
All we can do is play a few turns and gather the most info possible using the Bomber before making plans.

I think our 1st conquest should be Churchill's Hong Kong.
It has gems which will benefit our whole empire, especially cities that get early Forge.
It has 2 good food tiles making it the current best 4th city option for us.
Churchill will not be developing Hong Kong properly any time soon with only 1

tiles at the start. (Will he get the clams 1st or will we?)
With 1pop whip Granaries, it will become strong fast once we have it.
In the far future, it can grow past Size 10 to give us +3

trade routes in all our mainland cities.
Our poor coastal city would have to whip a Galley and lots of Swords to take it even with the Bomber helping.
Since we have 3 Super Cities, gathering all the

resources like Gold seems strongest if we are surrounded by backwards AI with food poor cities.

I'm not sure about the Great Lighthouse since all the Deity AI can race it for us. (Roosevelt)
But to get the Colossus quickly, we'd need bronze.
Maybe take Germany's bronze city.
Don't forget we have riverside Watermills available that give +1

and +1

currently thanks to State Property. (+1

with Replaceable Parts, +2

with Electricity)
That should be stronger than cottages once we have Kremlin.
I was just looking at whip wb > grow to 4 on granary > 2pop whip worker > complete granary with OF in 16t.
If we go whip wb > gran > worker > cha / gift / recapture, that looks like about 15-16t, as well?
That's good thinking.
Best Worker 1st I can see would be whip Worker, whip Granary,
Chop Workboat, start farming Rice Turn 16.
