My original suggestion was intended to refer to ruthless deletion of spam in the designated scores and saves thread. You could retain this thread for maintenance, annoouncements and inter-team discussions.
I still think that's the best arrangement. As the team "admin" (I hesitate to say "leader") it only takes me a couple of minutes to post a roster update after each player posts a turn log, and to post an edit to add our latest save-link and score to my post here. Why is that such a big deal?
I would have thought you could be given mod power specifically for this sub-forum to delete anything other than a team leader post in the scores and saves thread.
The incentive to give you the scores and saves will be that games will not be registered, recognised, added to any graphs or results until this is done. This should result in revolutions and palace coups in teams where leaders fail to deliver.
