to Russia
We would have preferred if you merely enforced a peace treaty on Georgia, rather than annexing it, as we had very good diplomatic and economic relationships with them. If it weren't (since August) your internal matter, we would suggest a referandum to see if Georgian people want independence.
Nevertheless, we look forward to continue friendship with our northeast neighbor, although it is no longer Georgia but the Russian Federation. We also remember Moscow was the first government to recognize our independence and send Turkey monetary and military aid during our War of Independence.
We are starting to build a
railway link from our network to your border. We hope to have a railway connection between our countries to increase trade, not only with Russia but also with Azerbaijan through Russia.
to South Korea
In the memory of martyrs of the past, and for the long-lived friendship of our nations, we would like to once again send a Turkish brigade (5000 inf) to stand beside your troops, if you wish.
to World
Turkey scorns and abhors the belligerent actions of Algeria, Libya, India, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and East Timor, specifically their invasion of other sovereign nations.
to Puntland, Somaliland
Since Somalia already recognized your independence, we too recognize you as sovereign countries.
to Cyprus
We would like to maintain our former Embassy to TRNC in Nicosia as our Embassy to Republic of Cyprus. You can, if you wish, convert the former TRNC Embassy in Ankara to Embassy of Republic of Cyprus. We would also like to continue Turkish Airlines direct flights to Cyprus, and passenger ferries from three locations in our south coast. All of these for the sake of convenience and reduced burocracy.
All your ships and planes are welcome to all our ports and international airports as well.
We also will endorse your NATO membership, if you decide to apply.
to UK, Germany, Spain

NATO Allies
to Morocco
1-Spain is our ally.
2-Ceuta and Melila are Spanish territory.
to USA and China
We request your two countries (the sources of most amount of carbon emissions) to implement better environmental regulations. It affects the entire world in the form of global warming, so it is not your internal matter.
to World
We urge all developing nations (and ones that are developed with no regard to the nature) to mind the environment. (We have started our environmental program in 2008.)
to Kurdistan
1-Turkey guarantees the independence of Kurdistan,
with its current borders.
2-We would like to open an embassy in Kirkuk.
3-We are starting to build a railway link to your country (ooc: With the rate I am pretending to spend on railways for flavor of infrastructure development, I was guessing the railroads in Kurdistan in
this map would cost about 1 ep).
4-In addition to the currently running Istanbul-Arbil and Istanbul-Suleymaniye flights, Turkish Airlines would like to start Istanbul-Mosul, Istanbul-Kirkuk, and Diyarbakir-Kirkuk flights. All of these flights will have announcements in Kurdish, as well as the usual Turkish and English.
5-You can continue to pump your oil through Kirkuk-Adana pipeline, to the international market.
6-Our private investors would like to continue opening businesses in your country.
OOC to Sheep
1- The map update (mistakenly, as far as I can tell from the update text) shows Mosul as the Kurdish capital, and Kirkuk in Iran territory. Kirkuk is the city southeast of Mosul. The "current borders" sentence above refers to borders including Kirkuk.
2- The parts about "United Islamic Republic" were vague in the update. Could you elaborate how the secular country of Turkmenistan suddenly joined Islamic Republic. Was there a voting, of did the president/dictator decide to join. I am not saying it is not realistic, I just want to know the details (whether Iran had a finger...or an arm in this) before conducting the relevant diplomacy.
3-What happened to Sweden and Norway?
4-In Somalia/Somaliland/Puntland, which is which on the map?
