I kept thinking - we're not even rushing production, so what do we need Kremlin for? Then I remembered that the Kremlin could simply function as a righteous residence for Comrade Stalin.

Plan: Cap Roosy.
What is democracy good for? We can make Gandhi switch back in caste if we really want to get ride of the happy problem (-1 currently). I really really don't want to leave caste now anyway (we would loose more production than what we gain). Can always take it for more points if u wanna it guys...
Flight needs combustion also so I will stick to electricity waiting for Churchill's steam power. Will redirect vassal researchs after brokering it. Unless we have other needs?

The next player should gift Frankfurt to Churchill and research democracy enough so that we can pick it up from Gandhi. Then we can broker it for steam power

I've got nothing at all constructive to add here, and yet I feel compelled to post.
Democracy is good for score! lol And brokering to vassals ofc. Not sure if actually putting research into it is worth it in this regard. Flight is probably the only tech that can even theoretically actually speed up our victory here but it's miles away behind Railroad/Combustion etc.
Frigates could theoretically speed things up by bombarding coastal cities. I think there are enough Galleons

Yes, as Silu pointed out, trading for democracy is for points and also for tech brokering purposes. Nothing like milking 3.19 vassals!

OK played 8 or 9 turns... but Roosy is still free 
We captured four cities and he should accept capitulation once we take Chicago or San Francisco.
We got another GG settled in the Moai city (together with theo/dridock/Pentagone we can build level 4 ships there).
Airships are mandatory because there aren't many rifles/grenies left now, it's all infantries
Can finish him off tomorow or pass the save
Btw I put beakers on AL as the money we gain while waiting for english railroad will be needed to finish flight. (hum not clear, what I mean is that researching combustion -> flight directly won't gain us the tech sooner...)

The guy is really pissed at us... 4 cities taken and he doesn't talk? I guess our losses might be a tad on the high side with Cossacks vs entrenched Infs

At last count he didn't even have Replaceable Parts. Not sure if we want to pre-DoW him as Rifles can still hurt our Cossack defense force. Hunting Roosy's navy is good though as any unit kill now could send him begging for his life.
Also noticed that settling the GS was incredibly dumb, seeing how we would get a GA next turn probably had I not done that... Oh well.

I really thought the game would be over by now and as we know GSpies are notoriously useless near the end... This was before I realized the sad truth about Roosy's military units that I thought was unconceivable at the time (actually, I noticed that as early as I did because it was settled ). In hindsight that GSpy is probably one of the biggest mistakes in the whole game (especially considering I missed the discussed plans for it )... I regard it as payment for getting all the crappy jobs of buildup/transportation and none of the fun facesmashing Okay, enough excuses, let's get on with some
