I say 'Yes', there should be a Palsetinian state. But not with Yasser Arafat as a leader. He is a terrorist, and he is also sick and old. He know he will die soon. He will never let his people have an independent country, because he want to die and to be remembered as the Arab leader who resisted to the Israelis, not as the leader who brought peace - we all know what happend to the Egyptian leader Sadat who did peace with Israel... he was murdered by his own people. And I'm sure any of you that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict interests him knows that the former Israeli Prime Minister, Ehud Barak, offered Arafat more than 90% of the Palestinian authority territories for a Palestinian state and Jerusalem as a capital, but Arafat said no. So I say, a Palestinian state can only exist without Arafat.
