First Graders. Besides, it was originally 6, 4's much better. Also, isn't it okay to exaggerate?
 
No, because you're stretching the truth that you're wasting some tangible amount of time which will adversely affect the reader when you're really not.

Mine is from a letter from 4 retired judge advocates general to Pat Leahy in 2007 condemning waterboarding. The full paragraph reads:

The Rule of Law is fundamental to our existence as a civilized nation. The Rule of Law is not a goal which we merely aspire to achieve; it is the floor below which we must not sink. For the Rule of Law to function effectively, however, it must provide actual rules that can be followed. In this instance, the relevant rule - the law - has long been clear: Waterboarding detainees amounts to illegal torture in all circumstances. To suggest otherwise - or even to give credence to such a suggestion - represents both an affront to the law and to the core values of our nation.

No-one should quote Orwell, ever. He single-handedly ruined debate (well, I say single-handedly, but the Internet made it a widespread problem) by introducing words and phrases like 'Big Brother', 'thoughtcrime', 'doubleplusgood' and 'four legs good, two legs bad'.
