What did we gain in World War II? What did we gain in 1979 Afghanistan? Not all wars are alike, you know.

Also also, domestic welfare drains money needed for foreign military actions.

Definately, I'm certain that the decade-long recession was entirely due to the oil crisis that happened five years after the economy started to tank and had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DUE with the massive increase of welfare spending due to the Great Society programs.

almost ALL horo avvies are 8-9 kbs in gif format. I dunno if I could make it fit the requirements... would converting to another format (PNG or JPG) help?

You know what else was a massive increase of spending? The Vietnam War.

Also, how the hell does injecting money into the economy by welfare spending slow down economic growth? That's not how economics works.

I've found a new way to expand my German vocabulary. I started slacking off now that I am out of university and no longer taking formal classes. As I read through my German books, I am going to put the words I don't know in my signature and study them after every post I make.
