It is our belief that our alliance would have a stronger standing if we were to invite fellow democracies to it, such as Argentina, Bohemia-Moravia, Netherlands or Peru-Bolivia. As bulwarks of democracy against the twin threats of Communism and Fascism, it is our obligation to ensure that those other democracies do not die out!

Should I put Edward VIII as your head of state then? (In which case, should I do that for all the dominions? I wasn't sure how this worked, to be honest, so I just didnt list Edward in everything except Great Britain proper)

Yes, this should be done for all the dominions (unless they don't want it; all the dominions historically started off with the King of the UK as their head of state, some of whom later became republics).
