alright greg just answered my question about resources, one resource can give 6 iron, so that means that the resources ARE of variable quantity.
I think the streaming causes a performance decrease.
^ you're not missing anything in the USstream chat though. People asking the same question over and over which are already answered if they bother to read forums or ciV sites. Or making irrelevant comments such as renaming their general to Tom Cruise ( Japan, samurai, the Last Samurai) and asking to construct additional pylons.
But would have liked to see that, nevertheless.
I hope you're right, because otherwise there's no way that my computer will be able to handle the game.
Because judging the game's performance on an internal build, seen only through Ustream's servers of variable quality, is completely fair.

That is very likely if the webcam was on the same computer. If they were running a webcam and a game-recording software on the same computer that they were playing Civ V on it would cause pretty serious performance degradation.

That's called BAD GAME OPTIMIZATION.
I really don't know how you can f--- up a TBS like that...but they sure did.But it still looks awesome
Have you ever run Skype? Streaming will tax your system quite a bit. Add Civ5 at highest graphics settings, and everything will be slowed down.
Also: Nice preview. The artillery will totally take out the Treb now, and it looks like the French are going for Monaco.
