I don't see the problem other than the fact that I saw your orders (hence why you're in Finland) and had to compensate for the fact that you divisions only move one province (even sea provinces) at a time hence why you have a division in the Baltic and another one in the North Sea all heading towards the places you ordered. Had to do the same thing for Oz's orders which is why their division just now reached Australia.
