We are commencing construction on floating fortresses to aid in the war against Ireland (we have always been at war with Ireland). This means that we have to reduce gumboot rations to 1 gumboot per person.

Build:

4 Fleets, two going towards Ireland, one defending the British channel and the other defending the ocean towards the east of Britain.

Move:

The two armies and the general towards Ireland.
