-Since everyone's spent their cash, you could probably attack Kazakhstan and get away with it.
 
Actually, a belligerence CB only lasts one turn, so unless Olaf or someone nearby decides to commit some troops they already have on hand to the conflict, it'd be rather easy to blitz Kazakhstan, absorb their tech, and use it to fend off invaders.

Turn VIII!

Wars ravage the world, with all the major players increasing their stake in other countries. Economic disparity is readily apparent, with the economies of South Africa, the Echidna Empire, and Salt Empire far ahead of the competition, though Enerjak and Japan could join the club of economic powerhouses with time!

Meanwhile, one nation after another continues to fall with the ages, empires dismantling them ever so quickly.

Events:

These are small variations that will spice the game up a bit. Each event happens at least once a turn; for the first few turns, there are only positive events, but each one has an "evil twin."

Economic Boom - 3 occurrences

This represents a boost of +100 gold to your income.

Olafic Republic, NCR, Madagascar

Recession - 1 occurrences

A recession hurts your economy, and takes 50 gold from your coffers! Recessions only affect you if you have the economy for an era - Era 1 is Econ 1-5, Era 2 6-10, and so on. So if you're in Era 2 but your Econ is 5 or less, you won't feel any effects. Any shortcomings will be taken out of your Econ tech.

Tonga-Samoa's isolation has ripped their economy apart.

Scientific Breakthrough - 3 occurrences

Gives you +100 TC(can be exclusively spent on technology) for the turn. Flawed Research does the opposite.

Removes 50 TC from your country! Always targets your most advanced tech, and will be biased against your focus.

-Provinces: Japan leads at 66 provinces!

-Army Quality: Enerjak leads at 16 and Japan at 15, but Gran Colombia takes the spot at 13.

-Numbers: South Africa dominates at 53 units.

Remember that superpowers cannot form PUs, guarantees, alliances, or defensive pacts with eachother.
