We don't have an insurgency problem now that the region has been depopulated and recolonized. Again, nothing existed in the region but villages. Those villages have been built over to create Istanbul X.

you publicly declared to a public forum that there was a rebellion. and we did not do anything to help the rebels. no gold, weapons or anything. as such, we cannot apologize for that. what is there to apologize for?

we only make three or four gold from it. when it reaches such a value that 5% actually does equal 1 gold we will pay it.
