With war between Colombia and Florida virtually impossible until Turn 16, let's focus on the goodies of this turn: EPEEK VOAR.
Ahem.
Colombian War
The Incans have 18 gold to the Colombians' 46.
The Inca raise 4 armies!
The Colombians raise 2 armies and 1 Navy.
Of course, the Colombians need to get rid of their rebels first! Rebels are always 1 tech level behind the government, so +1 to government rolls.

Now, to break the blockade!

+2 to all Colombian rolls, so Inca lose here.
Now, for land combat!

Before the Incans can get a chance to retaliate, they are sold out by the Patagonians, who fund the war effort to increase their own landmass.
Patagonia buys 2 provinces for 12 gold.
With 15 gold, the forces of the Colombians march!

The last Incan army is crushed!
The Inca are annexed by the Colombians, who become Gran Colombia!
Now, tech division. The 2 Incan gold goes to Colombia as they held the capital.
There were 15 provinces in the Incan Empire, 2 of which were held by Patagonia.
So, the spoils go 13/15 to Colombia and 2/15 to Patagonia.
30 gold in Civics and 30 gold in Econ. So 26 to Colombia and 4 to Patagonia in each category.
75 gold in Army, so 65 of that to Colombia and 10 to Patagonia.
With the ensuing tech, Colombia now is at Army 10, making it the most well-armed state in the entire world.
That was the Inca-Colombian War. How will the Floridian War of Aggression go?
