It's been 33 hours, so I think it's safe to lock orders now.
New California Republic, Slavic Union, and Belgium automated.
-Belgium accepts the deal offered by the United Empire, since the Tunis province's only use was for trade relations in Europe anyway, which Belgium itself can now fulfill!
-Slavic Union of course, will be pumping money into the Japanese War. It will open huge swaths of land for settlement!
-I'll assume the Olafic Republic of course wants in on the action, and automate that for them.
Austria will accept all trade offers and we suggest that Albania stops insisting on indulging in a massive ego contest. You know that any war in Europe will trigger multiple alliances, defensive pacts and diplomatic guarantees, so don't even threaten war unless you want the first Great War. If that happens, you will be painted as the aggressor.
We will place more troops along the Albanian border, to match their troops on their border with us, and we will spend our gold as evenly as possible in all technologies.
Now up to 44 provinces, the Slavic Union knows it will get 1.1 gold per province, so after 6 turns, a 2-army province will pay off. So, the SU buys one last province for 12 gold.

Siberia is destroyed. The Slavic Union is left with 45 provinces and 115 gold.

Japan buys 2 armies and uses them to vaporise the last Tibetan province.
Now, for tech to be split.
Siberia - 16 provinces
2/16 - Kalmar
7/16 - Slavia
7/16 - Japan
15 tech is to be had in Civics, 180 in Economy, and 45 in Army.
3 Civics to Kalmar; 6 to the other two. 24 to Kalmar in Econ, 78 to the others. 7 to Kalmar in Army; 19 to the others.
Tibet - 11 provinces
3/11 - Olaf
1/11 - Slavia
7/11 - Japan
5 Civics tech. 3 to Japan, 1 to the other two.
105 Econ tech. 10 to Slavia. 29 to Olaf. 66 to Japan.
95 Army tech. 9 to Slavia. 26 to Olaf. 60 to Japan.
Japan has become the most advanced, most wealthy nation on Earth, with a base income of 201 to its previous 105 at the start of the turn.
Everyone's got orders in now, NPCs have been culled, and so really, only a handful of NPCs + trade income need to be calculated, so update should be soon enough~

As Belgium's trade contacts are Kenya and S. Africa, Britain has a lucrative deal for both sides:
-The Belgium region will be ceded to the Belgians
-The Tunis region will be ceded to the United Empire
A fair trade, and while it moves the Belgians away from the Mediterranean, their expansionist mentality and excellently-trained troops will quickly make up the difference(from its Belgium position, the Belgians will be able to negotiate up to 6 sea tiles away, meaning the entire Mediterranean). It will also open up trade with Kalmar.
Florida and the NAA are at peace, but alas, it has lost every part of its continental empire besides Florida itself.
Meanwhile, the Albanians maintain their blockade on the Spanish, despite promises to remove them up receiving reparations.
More concerning, Japan has fused four nations into one, becoming the Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere, capital at Tsingtao. What will the Japanese empire, now the strongest, most advanced nation on Earth, plan to do with its newfound might?
Events:
These are small variations that will spice the game up a bit. Each event happens at least once a turn; for the first few turns, there are only positive events, but each one has an "evil twin."
Economic Boom - 3 occurrences
This represents a boost of +75 gold to your income.
Gran Colombia, Japan, and Darfur
Recession - 1 occurrences
A recession hurts your economy, and takes 20 gold from your coffers! Recessions only affect you if you have the economy for an era - Era 1 is Econ 1-5, Era 2 6-10, and so on. So if you're in Era 2 but your Econ is 5 or less, you won't feel any effects.
Tonga was hit with a recession!
Scientific Breakthrough - 3 occurrences
Gives you +75 TC(can be exclusively spent on technology) for the turn. Flawed Research does the opposite.
S. Africa, Canada, Madagascar
Flawed Research - 1 occurrence
Removes 20 TC from your country! Always targets your most advanced tech, and will be biased against your focus.
Auralia!
Casus Belli - occurrence
Ordinary border disputes and failed spy actions.
-A border dispute has erupted between Enerjak and Patagonia; Enerjak gets a CB on Patagonia!
-A border dispute has erupted between Colombia and Patagonia; Colombia gets a CB on Patagonia!
Revolts:
No revolts.
Succession:
-No succession events of note.
Superpowers:
There are five categories - Base Income, Trade Income, Provinces, Army Quality, Army Numbers. The states that win in each category are the 5 superpowers.
-Base Income: Japan by far dominates this category, at 201 income, with S. Africa at 120.985.
-Trade Income: The Salt Empire, with ties to many of the world's most prominent nations, leads at a trading income of 282, with a fair lead on the Echidna Empire at 256.
-Provinces: Japan's already a super but is also number one here, and so, the Olafic Republic, at 48 provinces, takes this spot.
-Army Quality: Japan at 12 and Olaf at 11, but already superpowers, it's a tossup between Gran Colombia, Enerjak, and Belgium. Enerjak's superior numbers and size make Enerjak the superpower of this category.
-Numbers: While Japan leads at 50 units, the Slavic Union takes the spot at 43 units.
Remember that superpowers cannot form PUs, guarantees, alliances, or defensive pacts with eachother.

Enerjak attacks Patagonia! The supernatural overlord seeks more land for his Palatinate!
The border dispute is cited as an excuse for this greed.
Patagonia upgrades to Army 7, and raises 5 armies.
Patagonia, altogether, gets 7 from Army and 2 from Militaristic. What does Enerjak have to counter?
...a huge budget! The Antilles are used as a research mule to lower the costs of Army 12 and 13 from 125 to 88, and in turn, they are paid 5 gold for this. On their own, Enerjak's forces would have researched them for 100 gold, so the Antilles have saved Enerjak 7 gold.
Enerjak has 13 Army to Patagonia's 9, and this will be on a battlefield where rolls are 1-10.
