Apart from one or two outposts in the Caribbean (and our naval base in Bermuda) Ireland has no real designs on any land south of the Chesapeake Bay, and indeed is only claiming this land to secure a "buffer" for our trading posts in the region. Therefore, there is no conceivable reason for us not to agree to this request.

so you only intervene when a non catholic country enters the war, and not when Prussia declared war?
