History Of Magic
Volume Two:
Eastern magic.
Chapter Three:
The Magic Of Empowerment.
As Previously discussed in Chapter Two, Eastern Magic is not based off of Elemental Forces, Like the Western Magic developed by Wu'di, but of method of Casting/Effect.
the magic of Empowerment is built around the casting and sealing of mostly compleat spells into Object. Later, a person can use the totem and quickly finish a spell, allowing for the rapid casting of powerful spells. while generally the more powerful the spell, the shorter the amount of time the spell can remain bound, a skilled empower can easily reseal spell and restore it. after the spell is used, if the object that the spell was sealed in was not destroyed, the spell can often be recast and sealed inside the object more easily, as the spell has been imprinted.
More Often or Not, the object that the spells are sealed in are called Totems. they are often carve piece of wood in the shape symbolically representing the spell.
