Star Wars Fans!

Should have included a poll in this thread...seems to be a lot of ROTJ fans.

The Empire Strikes Back and A New Hope (in that order).

The rest is nacho cheez...they look good at first, but give you a funky feeling after you consume.

Like them all - TPM definitely the worst though, but still watchable (even if because its got the SW name! :) )

ROTJ great for battles and action, ESB great for the Dark ending and leaving it at a point where you know for sure there's another movie to follow.

But think about the potential of Ep III! ALL the Jedi wiped out bar a couple? Possibility of a lot of big battles and a lot of 1 on 1 lightsaber fights! Gonna be good guys!

I really wish they would make the follow on movies though - from reading the books - a lot of the ideas, plots and battles in them sound like they would make better movies! ie: Tracking down the last battalions of Empire troops, alliances, other alien forces attacking from without the galaxy and joining with contingents of the remaining empire to battle them, Admiral Daala, grand Admiral Thrawn. Lots of good stuff!

Anyway... back to work for me!

Star Trek owns Star Wars. One day Trekkism will become a religon so powerful that we are banished from Earth!
Not at the rate that it's going, Enterprise, Nemesis, Insurrection, Voyager. :vomit:

Still trying to thread-jack anarchywrksbest?

No way not even close. Just compare an opening day of a Trek movie to a Star Wars film. Star Wars attracts even the less fanatical crowd. You can always open a Trek thread. That would be the more "logical" thing to do.

Yeah, I'm a Star Wars fan. I'm making a Star Wars parody right now based on the rise of American progressivism called Trust Wars. Fun stuff.

The "Force" blows away any religious Trekkism off the planet! By far a better series than the Treks. Don`t get me wrong, I like the Treks also, but the SW movies are by far better, but then thats just my opinion.

Am I the only one in the world who didn't like that part?

It was too...it just ruined Yoda for me.

Couldn't agree more. That's just not how Yoda should fight, hopping around like a little green ninja. It's not his style. I always just imangined him sitting on the ground, eyes closed, looking very peacful as 6-7 lightsabers all under his control via the force, danced around him like spinning death cutting down any bad guys who came too close.

Episode V was fine but I liked the return of the king more

'Star Wars' pales in comparison to the tale it ripped off - The Lord of the Rings...

'Return of the Jedi' and 'Return of the King?'...Please!
