Well i could release it on Friday and release a patch on sunday or, I could release the whole thing on sunday.What do you guys think

Take it from a voice of bad experience....releasing it later when ready is better than rushing it. :(

None. That's planned for 0.7. in 0.6 We have added techs civs, and other misc stuff

ON another note I hav succesfully added the Mercanaries Mod

oh, just another thought, are you going to have species units? like the noghri for the new republic? the defel might fit in under the merc type of unit, as they'll go to whoever is the highest bidder.

i'd be more than happy to do research on species of you'd like me to, that way you can know what they can do and all of that jazz. i just thought that the species like that could make things far more interesting.

if i could see what you have planned for units i might could give you some help with that as well.

thanks for the welcome. i'm actually returning. i was here a looooooonnnnnggggg time ago under a different name. that name no longer exists.
 
One thing we've talked about Trimaj, is that instead of religions producing culture and commerce in a city (planet) the number of species does the same thing. For example, if you were to colonize Endor and Mon Calamari, the Ewoks and Mon Cals would slowly propogate through your civilization and add +2 culture and commerce to each planet they go to.
 
that's a rather interesting way to go about it, i gotta admit. i like it.

i may not really know the modding side of things, not yet anyways, but i do know star wars inside and out in most eras. that's why the offer for help.

ok... we do have a lot more people volenteering to model, get info and do graphics but nobody for actual coding! I have to do it all by myself:cry:
 
if i knew how to do it i'd make the offer... but i'd likely just get in the way.
 
What coding do you need done? I'll give it a shot even though graphics are more my thing.
 
Alright this is it I'm uploading the file onto filegone and rapidshare

Version 0.6 doesn't not have the deleted vanilla techs but 0.605 (a patch coming soon) will have deleted techs
