I think the tl;dr version is that here's a lady who has no kidneys because of something who is also taking care of her elderly mother who also has a husband who's working just to keep her from dying from not having kidneys and she relies on food stamps to make up for the money that goes into waiting for new kidneys. If I recall correctly too, she also tells a story where she goes to a grocery store with the food stamps and one of the cashiers is like "Well I work for my money you lazy food stamp queen!" or something to that effect but with the same snarky condescension.

Now I'd say you don't know for sure what political side that cashier was on, but considering which political wing has the least tolerance for people who use food stamps and welfare, it's a pretty safe bet it's not likely to be from the left.
