in order to help it regain its stature among humanity last remenants, we are assuming TEMPORARY CONTROL of said factions' Star Systems, De Jure, until our fleet can arrive and have it DE FACTO.
once the UCCT is stabilized we shall RETURN governorship to its rightful holders.
