To Alba
From Eire
Brethren in the worship of Dru the mighty oak from who all the g-ds sprung, please do not worry. In the coming years our people are only being sent to expand along the eastern and northern coasts of the Eire Minor (OOC: Erin version of Roman name for Scotland, Scotia Minor, which was named after Irealand, Scotia). If any other of the Picts choose to send their chiefs to the Council of Kings, it is by their own volition and not do to colonialism or military expansion on our part. We also wish to expand the already ongoing trade with your nation. The current regulations in place, which we are sure you already know (OOC: I know you don't, but since you're stepping in for a nation already in place, I will pretend that you do), is that all ships running from Alba, as well as Gwynedd, are to first go to Douglas (OOC: Port on the Isle of Man) for documentation etc. The ships may then continue on to the developing port town of Dun Aillen (OOC: Dublin) and from their to the main city of Tara and distribution. Alban merchants are permited to run all of their working and deals as long as they work within the legal framework already established. I am sure our ships will be welcome in Greenock (OOC: Glasgow's port) and the ports of Alba. Peace be with you, our Alban friends.
