Update Six: 1839 A.D.
The Sioux take a first step towards economic recovery from the last depression that has ransacked the nation of its former glory. In the Pacific port region, the Sioux are rebuilding nicely the communities of Oakland and Los Angeles (+economy).
The Pacificans greatly increase their military presence in Mongolia to 50,000 troops, and aggressively pursue the remaining Mongol rebels. They are somewhat successful, while taking in losses (-2,000 men).
Meanwhile, the slave labor produced from the Mongol concentration camps has allowed Pacifican businesses to expand greatly, and create uneven competition with its largest trader, China (one economy from China to Pacifica).
Ozeanian troops continue their push in Mexico while simultaneously the USSA forces score a number of victories in northern Mexico and the Yucatan Peninsula. The Battle for Mexico City was the largest battle yet in the Mexican campaign, costing the lives of thousands of Ozeanians as they advanced against the Mexican artillery. Other losses on both sides are light, the Mexican troops are surrendering or fleeing by the thousands.
(-50,000 Ozeanian men, -60,000 Ozeanian conscripts, -50,000 USSA men, -80,000 Mexican men (of which, 20,000 surrendered or fled))
The Brazilians withdraw from their front with Mexico as the Mexicans also withdraw. But in a turn of events, the Brazilians attack their former Panamanian allies, taking the capital, and then launched an attack on the Ozeanian-held Panama canal. The fighting is intense, but the Ozeanians hold fast, with the aid of their navy.
(-20,000 Panamanians, -50,000 Brazilians, -25,000 Ozeanians, -50,000 Ozeanian Conscripts)
Meanwhile in the Java Sea, British warships that were patrolling the area intercepted an Ozeanian fleet bound for British Sumatra. Of one of these warships, the HMS Dreadnaught, a newly constructed British battlecruiser was one of them. As the battle broke out, it was apparent that the British outgunned the small Ozeanian fleet sent, and so the Ozeanians withdrew before losses grew.
(-5 British ships, -2 Ozeanian ironclads)
The Fall of the Teutonic Order
A combined French, Danish, Greek, and Russian force has hushed an hope that the Teutonic Order might survive this last war. The Order, which has existed for thousands of years, has finally fallen to the might of its neighbors.
In the west, continued Teutonic withdrawal has allowed for French and Danish troops, working cooperatively together, to push and ultimately reach the Vistula River, capturing Warsaw. Meanwhile, the Russians in the east take the brunt of the dieing Orders troops, as the Teutons are the most outraged with the Russian betrayal. The line holds for nearly two months, but alas, the Teutons are overwhelmed by superior Russian numbers, and withdraw to their last holdout Kongisberg.
The city is bombarded for four months by Russian artillery, the city almost completely in rubble by the time it surrendered to the Russians.
Illyria was abandoned, and thus the Greeks met little resistance when they took the province.
(-Teutonic Nationhood, -50,000 French, -20,000 Danish, -80,000 Russian men, -50,000 Russian Conscripts, -5,000 Greeks)
Victory over the Teutonic Order has greatly helped the confidence of France, Russia, Greece, and Denmark.
In Russian Quebec, communist uprisings are almost completely wiped out, or underground. The people have now started to cry for liberty instead of equality, and representation instead of independence. They want their legislature back, after the Russians dissolved it and replaced it with their own candidates two years ago. However, from the stability of Quebec once again, trade again begins to flow (+ Russian economy).
The Chinese companies, that own almost 15% of the French industry, have begun to ask for higher prices for war commodities to increase their profitability. However, as they have not fully taken the French market, they loose many French contracts as they go to cheaper French companies (- Chinese economy).
ACE mobilizes, creating a combined ACE navy of 55 ships, 20 Ironclads, and 2 Battlecruisers. This fleet, combined in the western Mediterranean, attempts to break the North Sea Pacts combined fleet of 50 ships, 10 ironclads and 3 battlecruisers. Such forces are nearly equal in power, except for the fact that the Egyptian fleet is considerably better equipped, technologically superior, and better trained. Alas, the whole ACE fleet is not Egyptian. In any event, the battle took place off the coast of Sardinia. Both sides refused to withdraw when it got very costly. In the end, the entire North Sea Pacts fleet was sunk, and almost all of the ACE fleet.
(-20 French ships, -5 French ironclads, -30 British ships, -5 British Ironclads, -3 British Battlecruisers, - 2 Egyptian Battlecruisers, -7 Egyptian ironclads, - 4 Moroccan Ironclads, -20 Moroccan ships, -6 Saharan Ironclads, -10 Saharan ships)
Furthermore, through the spectacular ACE railroad network that spans throughout all of Africa (equal by none other network), hundreds of thousands of troops have gathered at the ancient city site of Carthage, once home to a French military fort ten years ago. With the seas clean, ACE forces board transports and head for the French Riviera. The invasion that followed is the most costly land invasion ever undertook in human history.
The French for three years has been fortifying the Riviera with every conceivable fortification and trap. The result of more then a million ACE forces against 50,000 French men and their fortifications is a blood bath. To make a long story short, the Egyptians led the campaign with almost half of the forces, taking key locations in the center while ACE members, most notably the Moroccans and Saharans, took locations on the Spanish and Italian borders.
(-50,000 French men, -150,000 Egyptians, -150,000 Saharans, -50,000 Moroccans, -100,000 African Union men)
Losses were tough particularly on the Saharans, who has the worst training in the whole ACE alliance. Furthermore, the Africans of the AU have decided to withdraw from the alliance due to such high losses.
The British withdraw from Madagascar (+ Madagascar confidence).
Spanish forces in Argentina are under attack by a rebel group that has formed out of nowhere. The group is dedicated to the independence of Argentine, and is seemed to be funded from some outside source. So far, the Spanish have yet to find who is responsible for this, but this group is thought to be 20,000 strong and militarily trained. (-3,000 Spanish).
Outrage in the Greek congress over the fact that the newly appointed President of Greece is preparing the military for an operation against Egypt. Already outraged with the Illyria incident, the congress finally put their foot down. All operations against Egypt were overruled in the Congress, and the President was impeached, and founded guilty of treason to the people of Greece, but was only sentenced to expulsion from government. Nearly avoiding what the congress felt was a spiral towards dictatorship, they elect a more isolationist president, fulfilling the congresss goals of neutrality in the great war. (- confidence).
