how do the players feel about adopting the rules of stjnesx3? I mean the rules, not the method of updating. There are many advantages with these rules.

And If you check a map, Xhosa is southern Africa, where I put it on the map. Using the process of elimination, the Bantu would be in the north (historically they were central/SubSahara africa mostly anyways).

North, the militia is commanded by a rebel leader, just in coordination with your forces. So no, unfortunately for you, they will not be in your stats .

well, I required at least a 2/3 majority to switch to the rules, so we will stick with the ones we have for this one.

Grow the culture of the nation by building many Revialist temples.
Build more swordsmen
Send 10 galleys with 1000 colonists and 100 swordsmen and land in Eastern Africa. Found the Akkadian Colony of Madika. The 100 swordsmen are to be volunteers and they are to form the basis of the Colonial Army. The Gallewys are to remain in the Imperial Fleet but be based out of Madika for the time being.

The Akkadian Emperor viewed the Akkadian Armed forces march through the main avenue of the Great City of Akkad. The army was victorious against the Indian forces of Gurjat and Dravidia, and the task of converting the Persians complete. Now came the task of bringing greater glory to the Akkadian Empire.

The ships to the new colony of Madika left the next day. In command was Prince Nerus, brother to the Emperor Sulieman XX. Prince Nerus was to take the title of Prince Consul of Madika, effective ruler of Madika, although still under the control of the Emperor. Nerus was an effective statesman and a worthy man for the postion.

Knowing what it is like to have people chanting at you for an update, Jason, I'll only say that an update would be a very nice thing, but do it whenever you have time so it is good quality and so you enjoy it.
