The Central Asian and Russian armies have invaded Tibet. However, thanks to the Himalayas, the armies only occupied the frontier-land. Some Tibetese troops have been killed but many withdrew to the mountains and have set up defenses there.
Meanwhile, the Tibetese and Japanese governments have both declared open collaboration with PRC, and have become like Manchuria puppets.

amon, i did follow your orders. if there IS something that i really did not do or that i overlooked, then come to AIM and explain or send me a PM explaining.

and this is to all players here: INCLUDE YOUR STATS IN YOUR ORDERS! it makes it a lot easier for me to update stats, AND i can see in the "edit post" window and the window with the order PM and compare if i did the stats right or not, or if i missed one section. that way, when you see that i missed something, you can also point it out easier and justify it easier, eliminating any hassle for everyone. if you do not include stats in your orders, then i am obviously not going to remember number-by-number word-for-word what your pre-update stats were and i will say "what are you talking about i DID do it" and i might end up not changing it, even if it really SHOULD be changed.
i suggest you remember this next time, because IT SAYS IN THE RULES POST ON THE FRONT PAGE THAT YOU SHOULD INCLUDE STATS IN YOUR ORDERS, and next time i might choose to say "you should have followed the expected format rules. i am not responsible any more".

I would like to see the USEA fight through heavily fortified Tibetan defense in the Himalayans. Don't even try to dictate foreign policy to other nations.
