Subdued Animals in C2C discussions

Ouchie. Too much to set 6 promotions for every animal I suppose. How about having tropical and temperate animals unable to enter tundra, permafrost, and ice, and arctic animals unable to enter anything BUT those? That way it'd only be 3 no-damage promo's per animal.

Already have that for the wild animals but need all for the subdued animals. Oh what a can of worms.:mischief:
 
@All, so which animals should be able to build the "Master Hunter" building?

Any predator with STR 4 or higher. Scout has STR 2 plus +100% vs animals, so basically it requires a Scout to get a good, solid trophy.

Also, I think perhaps subdued animals should not be able to subdue other animals. Just a suggestion.
 
So in the screenie, the Subdued Ibex "cant" use hill/desert to move? what if thats all there is around him, you wont be able to get back to camp/city?

There are no terrain restrictions on any of the subdued animals:confused:. A couple did have but I fixed that in my last update. The one that put those promotions your unit has in. Please check that you updated the Mammals_Subdued_CIV4UnitInfos.xml file.

Here is a Duck. Could you make this into the graphic for the poultry resource? Also could you make it spawn the poultry resource like the Bison can spawn a Bison resource?

I just finished doing the eggs! I am not having much luck with converting graphics at the moment, I think I must have learned something so now I can't figure it out. :(

No big deal. Just thought you did not like the eggs graphic. Anywho just make sure the ducks can spawn the poultry resource not matter what it looks like.
 
I am really like the NEW way the subdued animals "stay" with the unit that has subdued it, plus it has 1 extra move, that is really the way it should be and thx.

I didnt see a thread on religions in C2C, so i was wondering if you have changed the weight in them recently, because the AI is BEELINGING so fast towards them, i can't get any of them anymore, no matter how hard i try, heck they have Christianity before i even get a change to get Buddhism:sad:

No recent changes in that regard. However, if we've added more religious buildings or units (i.e. - things that depend on having the religion) that will increase the weight it has for researching it.

My recent (as in last couple of games) experience has been that I can usually get shamanism if I hunt animals reasonably efficiently for the myths and beeline shamanism. After that thiugh, th next one I can reliably get is Andaeism, which is way later (but it's alo one of my favorites so I'm ok with that really ;))
