I think that Mexico being their own rival could be an error.
Also, I find it cute that noone's rival is China. This may give them an unfair advantage, as everyone is working to curb their rival's power in exchange for a morale boost... Noone gains that sort of boost against China, thus they would naturally face less obstacles.

We believe that the European Union and the Russian Federation must agree to a temporary partitioning of Europe so as to prevent unnecessary confrontation. This partition would provide for clear set boundaries, including the various neutral nations, over which our armies would not cross. In our minds, the agreement should initially last until next January, after which we could extend it if we find it still useful.
Our suggestion as to the actual partition is to include the Baltic States and Ukraine as part of the Russian sphere of influence, while the rest of Europe and, more importantly, the Balkans and Sweden, remain within our own influence.

Can we transfer units between armies, assuming that they are fairly close?
Are airdrops a possible method of moving armies?
I suggest adding a coastal and/or naval army terrain specialization, for amphibious assaults and all those things.

Fleets are able to move 4 quadrants per turn. I think this is in the rules. Air wings, so long as they don't fight that turn, can move anywhere in the world in a month.

Not yet. I may add an additional unit, the Paratrooper, for this. But I'll have to think about that. Or maybe a specialty.

It is a fundamentally Russian name, and furthermore it has more connotations with the later years of its existence, when it whored itself out to the bourgeoisie and betrayed the proles and the revolution. While the Soviet Union of its youth is a noble idol, the Soviet Union we came to know was merely a mask for a different, sneaky bourgeoisie.
Instead, we suggest naming the Communist International the, well, Communist International - or Comintern for short.
