So long as you can guarantee that EULA troops will not enter the northern regions of Brazil (namely the Amazonas province).

Masada has shown his face, just not confirmed. das and skizzik voted for this over Civilizations. Warman and Skeptikalz have not even shown their faces yet. I need to at least see one of the latter two within two days or their nations are open. The rest I'll give a turn to see if they show up.
