Take the VP Challenge: Can you name ANY SCOTUS decision other than Roe v Wade?

Where is the right to privacy spelled out in the Constitution Sarah?!! WHERE! SHOW ME!!1! Dirty liberal!

The 4th Amendment explains how searches and seizures are to proceed, the absence of that process (probable cause, etc) = privacy. But yes, I'd like to hear her explain where the right to privacy comes from. ;)

She did, thats the weird part... Apparently she expressed dis-satisfaction with the case just a few months before she was asked the question. Maybe she didn't mean it and was just pandering so she forgot ever "opposing" the decision. She aint impressing me with her honesty
Well, Alaska fishermen would expect her to be against the way the Exxon case turned out, but the Republican base would expect her to be for it. Thus the moose-caught-in-the-headlights failure to answer.

Same place that that dirty liberal Scalia pulled the right to self-defense from. Emanations and penumbras.

Well Gosh darn'it you two! I was bein sarcastical! By golly I gotta be more obvious next time!
