The pace of sign-ups so far have been excellent
. Now that we have 15, and because role randomization isn't directly related to when a player signs up, I filled the 16th spot with an empty name and began assigning roles. All the roles have now been given a player; expect your Role PMs to trickle out over the next two days. If we get the sign-up in a few hours I'll start this tomorrow night, but otherwise, stand by for a little bit longer.I thought this amazing show was too obscure these forums, but I hosted it because the Talismans concepts fits so nicely with Mafia. It's good to see that someone is familiar with it.

Ah, I see.
All Role PMs have been sent now. Most likely this will launch on Thursday, assuming enough of the receipts arrive. It's possible we may start early tomorrow (around 6 or 5 PM EST), but I don't think its reasonable to expect most of the receipts back by 7:30 PM.
Update: I've gotten most of them back, but I was shooting for 15/16 for a launch today. So I still expect to start Day 1 tomorrow.
Update 2: Never mind, I've got 15 now. We're starting some time tonight.

"All right everyone listen up" began Captain Black. "We have reason to believe that two days ago, agents of Dark Hand successfully infiltrated our base and attempted to steal the Talismans. Since then, all twelve of the them have been distributed to trusted allies of this organization. However, the circumstances of this break-in have lead us to conclude that someone currently inside Section 13 helped into our midst. Until we find the traitor, no one will be allowed to leave this base. Stay calm and I'm sure we'll have this situation taken care of in no time."
Most of Section 13 dutifully returned to their work after the Captain left, but a number of them began to consider who among them was the villain. Not content to leave the investigation to the captain, the room was soon deafened by a storm of accusations.
It is now Day! Day One ends in 48 hours, 10 PM EST!
