I am currently starting a modding activity, and I would like to do some work on the Planetfall mod, because I grew up playing Alpha Centauri, and I would like to see the aliens inplemented in the game. If I have permission, I could start; just include some guidance on what to do.

Yeah well are you still waiting for your permission? I hope not, 'cause it seems it's the only thing largely missing form the game right now! I refused playing Planetfall any further without it, so, PLEASE DO! ^_^

Any updates on the models that need poly reduction? And is it something I can do in blender? (I don't have 3ds on my current machine)
