Well, first of all, we're talking about Partial birth abortions here. At nine months. I thought you stated at something like 26 weeks you believed the fetus was a life.

Second of all, to me that would be like asking "Why is banning murder allowed?"

I think (Though I'm not totally sure, I don't understand the complex language of the definition completely) that its an abortion during the process of birth.

Not to my knowledge, but lets make one.

The Compliment to Godwin's Law, Rands Law. The longer any thread goes on, the chances of Libertarianism being mentioned reaches one. This Law does not render Godwin's incorrect.

It's interesting that the AMA doesn't recognise it as a medical term and, frankly, they should know. But that's not on topic, as Ajidica has kindly pointed out.
