OK. I'm stuck on this one. Currently modding on Civ4 1.61, upgrading a mod from 1.00. The flag in question is Norway. Previously it displayed with red, white and blue but now after upgrading to 1.61 it displays red and black. at the same time the flag of Israel, another part of the mod is ok. ( White and blue. )
Why is this happening? The flag is saved as a DXT 3 w black alpha, and it worked before.
Did they change something in 1.61 with the flags?
