Scientist is good choice. Trade Maths, Col for CS to Piffle. Then GS can lightbulb Philosophy. We get both important techs. Necessarily we have not to tell Innovia about this deal. Since Innovia and Piffle haven't met each other. Also we do need Meditation to learn Philo, so arrange other trade with Piffle. Perhaps, trade Polytheism for Meditation to Piffle.

Finally, on a personal note, with nominations around the corner i will not be going for president for term 7. I have a lot of trips coming up through feburary and march and wont be around to play many turns, so i'm giving advanced notice for all those interested in taking over.
 
how about a corn/cow swap with piffle? with monarchy/calendar etc coming online more health would be a bonus

I have some holidays coming up where i'm going to melbourne for a week plus a couple of other trips over weekends. I will still be around a fair bit of the time.

A cow-corn swap isn't a priority as we have more than enough health to cover any increase in happiness in the short term but it is something to look into long term. You can always see if they have any interest in a swap:)

New Scout moves to Aloha ready to get on Galley

Here is the global view of Aloha. I have added in Kuningas suggested sites. I put in preliminary names for the cities since everyone went along with the last few suggestions i made.


Going on what kuningas said the suggested settlement order should be Guten Tag, Ciao, Konnichi wa, Allegra ? Yes/No/Maybe

Also i will start settlers in Hej and Hello next turn. With adjustments to the worked tiles they should be done in around 7 turns. After that Hej will build Aqueduct and HG with a lot of chops involved. Hopefully this will all be in place by turn 120.

sounds good on settlement. I agree with those sites. We can put little cities without any cultural buildings in the gaps.(classic over building cities to build pop and commerce especially since i doubt any of our cities will be able to work all of its tiles.)

We should probably send Innovia a thanks and offer to hook them up with a Piffle tech to be nice.

Innovia is running Beurocracy now so we don't want to be waiting too long to get it. Also need to keep track of all the techs i think the next few turns are going to be hectic on that front.

I prefer civic changes adopt Hederitary Rule, Bureaucracy, Caste System and Organized Religion if able to do in one anarchy turn. Slavery kills our low population, so go for Caste System.
 
Can we get caste system?

We can change 3 civics for 1 turn of anarchy, 4 takes 2 turns but it does depend on game speed so i'm not sure, have to check that we its possible.

Would you guys be interested in Civil Service for Math and Monarchy and you could owe us beakers later? We'd like to get something working with you guys but BC is never online anymore.

One option for us is this Calandar, Monarchy and Maths for CS and Meditation. In this deal they owe us 23 beakers

Sirian Eyes keeps moving westward. AS Black Hole makes it to bay entrance and scout jumps on board. Barb warrior spotted on Hej's western border.


Now Epsilon has build the GL. They also got a GP in Ananda. I not sure but i think thats an artist, if so then Epsilon have gone for music and not libralism. So that leaves us with an interesting decision with what to research. We could go back and backfill archery and HBR for mounted archers. We could press on with music but if the GA's gone then its not as interesting a choice. Currency is another option. I want to hear everyones opinion before proceeding, we can hold up the save for a bit if required.

Also with caladar (after the turn ended) we can now see our position in the world, as we suspected we are in the NW corner of the map, here is the satellite view.

Forgot to add-

1. Sent off for Monotheism from Loco

2. I had a look 2 civic changes is 1 turn of anarchy, 3 is 2 turns so i can assume 4 changes is also 2 turns. I don't think we can swing 4 changes at once but it might be worthwhile doing Beuro and Monarchy now then when we get a religion caste sys plus OR or Theo (depending on whats available)
