Its fairly fast paced and I really get the image if the space fighters zooming around asteroids.

Hyperspace: it's very tense, reminds me of those huge battles
Force/Ben's Theme: because Han's theme sucks, and old Ben was the second coolest guy in SW.
Duel of the Fates: Like you said, nothing screams "Epic" like this song does.

Y'know, I was going to say "It's Star Wars! It's an action movie!" but dozens of votes later I think I'm seeing your point.

Lots of votes for the Emperor's theme, which (from a music-theory standpoint) is a very unimaginative piece o' music on Williams' part. He gets bonus points for sliding it - very sneakily! - into the choir finale of Phantom Menace, you're nodding your head to the beat and then you're like, "Wait! That's the Emperor's theme!"

But otherwise, I never liked it.

I do also love the force theme. I used to have Duel of the Fates as my ringtone. It was always a good laugh when someone called me when I was in public "KHARA MATHA... KHARA RATH AMAH"
