I know if it becomes well-used enough it can make one some serious money... but if nothing else it'd be just cool to have your own! Go for it!

Yes, I'll make an entire Unicode-compatible font over the next couple years.

I do it for the coolth. For the sake of calligraphy and to contribute with soemthing… let's hope it doesn't become the new Papyrus or Comic Sans MS.

I started this drawing back in December, but I only finished it a couple of days ago. The more I look at it, the more I see what I did wrong. The eyes, head, ears and hair are too big, and all the proportions are off. I guess some of it is to do with my worsening eye sight, and that I don't have any kind of desk or table to draw on.

I found another drawing that I did back in July 2011 but for some reason I never scanned it in.

The left eye's (her left eye) too big, but I don't think it's as out of proportion as you think.

Cyrillic lowercase finished, except for the letter De, which needs some love.
