The "I Got A New Game!" Thread

I heard on the radio about a guy who returned it the same day he bought it because it was the essentially the same game as MW2. :p

Mmm, I wouldn't say that. The introduction of three different Killstreak Chains was neat and changes the multiplayer quite a bit.

When it crashed for someone, the MW2 error message popped up...

I just bought Cthulhu Saves the World and Breath of Death VII. I haven't played much yet, but they both look very enjoyable.

Actually the error message "IW5sp.exe" has stopped working refers to MW3. MW2 was IW4 and MW1 was IW3.

Not that one... there was one that explicitly mentioned Modern Warfare 2 in its little popup window.

Got a game on PSN called From Dust. Pretty fun so far. Needs a free world builder sorta thing though. I guess that will be DLC though...

Ooh, I've seen stuff about From Dust on Steam- it seems like a fantastic idea that's not yet fully polished.

Got Modern Warfare 3 last weekend and been enjoying it. The campaign is a bit out there as far as the story goes but they really nailed the scripting and the spectacle imho. Multiplayer is very slick and is good fun when the connection is fast. So yeah I'm overall pretty pleased with the purchase at this point. :)

Arkham City, me gusta. :D

I also got my hands on the Empire at War Gold Pack, but the disc won't work on my computer. It shows a blank white square and gives me a blank IE script error box. :( I'm considering dropping the CD and just buying it off Steam, but I'm afraid it will have the same problem.

Dungeons of Dredmor: it's an awsome Rogue-like indie game !

My Graphics Card broke, so I wont be getting any new and graphically awesome game. Now I have a ATI 256 MB Graphic card. At least I can try CK.
