So I got Madden NFL 12. Now if I could just figure out how to make the QB throw the ball.. I'm pressing X, O, (square, triangle), etc., but he just pump fakes.

There is a thing called a manual that comes with games. But seriously, it is most likely a stick throwing system.

Yes, I was reading that.

The passing seemed to work for a few minutes, then stopped working. I can't control the defense, either, unless I switch a player (and even then, it only works half the time, and by then the play is over).

I have 08, and I recommend getting a controller if you're playing it on PC.

Installed APB. Very interesting in concept, a bit less so during play...

But still quite entertaining now that I created a criminal character. Enforcers suck.

But still quite entertaining now that I created a criminal character. Enforcers suck.

Yeah it's not bad if you play it in mission mode and treat it as team-based Grand Theft Auto. I like the mechanism of gang vs gang and then Enforcers come in if you're sloppy.

Crime Craft is a bit smoother as a pure FPS though.

How interactive is it with the game world? I love that you can mug and steal things in APB, and the vehicle engine makes driving a pleasure.

Just finishing downloading Metro 2033! Done in 10 minutes.
Wohooo tried now since the 24th but steam servers are more or less dead cause of this holiday sale I guess!
So gonna play it for an hour or two tonite, enjoyed the first Stalker game very much so hope this will be good!
Not a new game but bought it some time ago just havent had time to play it yet.
Hope for a decent game to come up on sale altho I haven't seen anything yet.

Metro 2033 is a great game, you should enjoy it. Protip:

Make sure you have a gun that shoots arrows before you get to Polis (it makes the next area less difficult (without that gun, the next area can be extremely hard), and buy all the mask filters you can (each one gives you more filter time, so try not to run too much or spend too much time with the mask on).

Shields worked against him but I think the game is supposed to be played in mp - one maintaining the shield and reviving while the other attack the spider.
