The "I Got A New Game!" Thread

Ty the Tasmanian Tiger: Boomerang Blast for iOS.

It was free, though it's tempting to spend a little money to acquire some extra features.

Good time killer. I was impatient waiting for Christmas to come so I can play the actual games. :p

Scribblenauts Unlimited for 7 bucks. What a steal! Now I just have to download it.

We certainly aren't curious about where you got it so cheap. Nope. Not at all.

And I most definitely didn't get it from Amazon.com.

I bought Hitman: Absolution and the FEAR games.

I kind of enjoyed GamersGate's sale of the Bethesda New Year Collection for $29 dollars. even if it was accidental on their part.

Brink Complete Pack
Dishonored
DOOM 3 BFG Edition
Morrowind
Oblivion
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Fallout 3: Game of the year edition
Fallout: New Vegas complete
Hunted
Rogue Warrior

Now I'm set for quite awhile.

Audiosurf is beautiful.

I also decided to pick up Chivalry, but I hate it.

And yet another even more disappointing sale today, wow.

Hotline Miami is 50% off for $4.99 (although apparently Amazon might have it on for 75% off $2.49 later this week) and the Batman Franchise is 75% off (cheaper for both games on Amazon too, $9.99).

Max Payne 3 is 75 off on a soon to end flashdeal, and Football Manager 2013 is also 50% off on the longer flash deal. There's also F1 2012 and the alpha/beta Towns is 50% off for the Community Choice.

BFBC2 I would imagine. BF2 is definitely still there, though.

I got myself The Walking Dead 50% off on Christmas Steam Sale :)

Not sure which has the larger online player base, but I also suspect it's BFBC2. I regularly play the BFBC2: Vietnam expansion and there are usually at least two 32-player server that are full and a bunch of smaller servers, so the vanilla, modern era game should have an active player base. It should be possible to check this somehow..

Hell, Age of Mythology is still alive. Any decent game is going to have at least a couple servers long after its devs are eaten by EA or Activision.
