Wait, when did CH become an ardent defender of the universal application of the UNDHR?
Plus, if I remember correctly the UNDHR is neither a binding agreement nor above national laws in some cases.
Think of it like the 1st Amendment in the US Constitution. We have laws that do limit freedom of speech in some cases. There is the classic example of no shouting "Fire" in a crowded movie theater.
