It is a confusing question. Look to me that there isn't any semantic distinction between International Priority Mail and International First-Class Mail.
I don't look at the fine print whenever I buy stuff online. I only buy hardware stuff from new egg and only choose the option of whatever the name is for the fastest time it will get here! Overnight delivery is how I roll.

The thing is Im in Canada and the item is in US so either ways it's likely to get stuck at customs.
Any option other than the cheapest shipping option available is never worth it.
