We can put cities?

I have the same question. This isn't on the rules.

You can place one city per 5 provinces, if I recall...

Thats not in the rules, or so i think. Does anyone has a city anyway?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure, christos, that you captured a couple of my cities. According to Tanny's report. So I also have cities... and you too.

If you can get a city per 5 provinces that would imply they were automatic, wouldn't it?
DT

I'm pretty sure you have to place them when you expand, but I haven't really been paying close attention to notice if Tani has been placing them, so I have to assume he has not.

If JoanK hasnt known about the cities, then how he has? It must be automatic.

They're automatic, I'm pretty sure. I NEVER put cities, yet christos took two of them.

Do I always need pics or it didn't happen? I wouldn't lie about giving someone money! :p

christos became every government type ever before most recently settling for Greece.

I'll be able to lock orders within the hour or so, whenever Son gets his orders to me...

In the meantime:

City placement can be your choice of automatic. I automatically add them to countries that are warzones, and I always put them where they cover the maximum land. This is why most countries have a +20% bonus on the defense.

I unno.

Mad Man - long story short, a war went nuclear in Asia, Finland fell to a socialist resistance movement, and alliances have constantly shifted. Italy's economy has expanded rapidly following some reforms by your successors - i.e. me - such as a smaller military and more industrial spending, as well as overseas colonisation.

You will be able to take Italy over again come next turn.

And orders locked pending update.

==Chinese War==

While the Allies have honored their agreements and repatriated China's lands, China has not honored its own, and has instead gone Red Alert-style and renewed the conflict.

Fortunately, the Coalition were savvy enough to send some spies to steal plans. If they succeed, the 501st will have been altered and as such, its contingency plan will be put into effect.

Plans stolen. Hawai'i loses 14 agents, Coruscant 4. China loses 12. 501st contingency activated.

Meanwhile, spies assault Hawai'i to disable its SDI, and fail.

---

Nuclear exchange!

China launches a T2 at Hawai'i. It is destroyed mid-flight.

2 T1s are launched at India!

As a result, 152 population and .32 Industry are destroyed. 28 air wings and 6 armies are also destroyed.

As such, China's nuclear attack kills 1,520,000 Indian civilians and 86,000 soldiers.

In bad news for China, however, Hawai'i retaliates by firing 3 T2s at them - 2 of them hit.

As a result, 4 provinces are levelled, the capital included. Total deaths include 650,000 civilians and .39 Industry. 16 air wings and 2 armies perish.

China's death toll thus is 650,000 civilians and 52,000 soldiers die as well.

As the nuclear dust settles, the actual battle will begin...

Siberia embargoes the nations of China and Hawaii for using nukes, which in turn kills innocent people on both sides. We will not be trading with countries that think that it is sane to kill loads of innocent people and be all right with it. Now I know that in war there's going to be civilian casualties. That's inevitable. But, I don't like how these two nations kill hoards of innocents with the aim to weaken the other. This is my stand on the war and I will stand by this statement.

EDIT: We encourage all neutral nations and League nations to embargo China for starting this war.
