If it has a thread, it's a NES. If it has a thread but no updates, it's DOA.

Hmm, this is a topic worthy of discussion. I think they should be labeled as mods, because otherwise the DOA NES would have 'No Mod'.

I agree on the Roadmap to Peac...er, a successful wiki.

Could we develop a shortlist of articles that require creation and/or expansion? NESing types (Ex: Board NES, Space [science-fiction?] NES,) and terminology (Ex: DOA, althist, mod, etc.) would be nice.

Though people are supposed to just independently contribute, it would help a lot of minor editor types like myself if there was a standard list of articles that require work, so we know where our time will be best spent.
