Though I am not now, nor ever have been, an owner of a firearm, I am a 100% supporter of our 2nd Amendment and understand EXACTLY why it is so important that we as Americans retain that right. For one thing, imagine how quickly our 1st Amendment would be out the window if and when ‘they’ take away our 2nd Amendment! The story below from American National Militia with more at link at bottom of page.

Here it is, folks, and it is bad news. The framework for legislation is always laid, and the Democrats have the votes to pass anything they want to impose upon us. They really do not believe you need anything more than a brick to defend your home and family. Look at the list and see how many you own. Remember, it is registration, then confiscation. It has happened in the UK, in Australia, in Europe, in China, and what they have found is that for some reason the criminals do not turn in their weapons, but will know that you did.
Remember, the first step in establishing a dictatorship is to disarm the citizens.
Gun-ban list proposed. Gun bans will impact our freedoms under search and seizure, due process, confiscated property, states’ rights, free speech, right to assemble and more, in addition to the Second Amendment. The Democrats current gun-ban-list proposal (final list will be worse):

According to "Before It's News" and "American National Militia"? How ironic.

I see nuclear weapons are not on the list. Clearly a sign of caving in to Iran.

Or is it a clever encouragement to get Texas to secede?

Democrats are able to pass any laws without a majority of the house? What bizzarro America do you live in?

Wait what
It's currently legal to own an AK 47 and a freaking sniper rifle ? :crazyeye:

Are you implying there are states that withhold this fundamental right from their citizens? :mischief:

How will people be able to defend their homes without a 'Streetsweeper'?

Gonna need as many Dragunovs as you can get your hands on when the brown tide sweeps over you.

How do you 'defend your home' with a sniper rifle ?
Camp in the attic and shoot anyone who comes within a mile of your house ? Bludgeon a burglar to death with it ?

But its all good, because at least he isnt Romney...right?

Until the Republican party writes a giant, collective "F U" to people like Rick Santorum and Michelle Bachmann I will vote for literally almost anyone else. Period. No matter what.

No theocracy, not ever, no matter the other consequences.

I will continue to feel this way until would-be theocrats are at least as marginalized as the KKK.

I don't get the OP.

Bills with the exact same ban list are put forth several times a year by the same few people over and over again which they've been doing for decades.

And their silly assault weapon laws never go anywhere and I'd bet money they never do even if they keep at it for the rest of their lives.

Cause clearly you need Strikers, Bushmasters, AK-47's, Thompsons, Dragunovs, Uzis, Galil's or MAC's in your home.

Jeez, you can fight a war with those types of weapons.

Jeez, you can fight a war with those types of weapons.

I think that's exactly the point.
How can you call yourself free if you can't get hold of the weapons you need to assassinate the president and kill soldiers and policemen ?
