well, nowadays DoC is almost a stand alone mod there are some many differences between RFC and RFC DoC that people who only play RFC don't get most of the DoC omg's.
We have a DoC OMG thread so people who don't play it don't get "useless" omg's
EDIT: d*mn that's a lot of abbreviations...hopefully it's understandable

I don't see a problem with that actually. It kinda depends on what you're showing. I mean, it doesn't make sense to post pictures with "look what crazy Indonesia's doing", because they're not in RFC, or pictures of DoC English controlling cities in India, because that's nothing remarkable in DoC.
But other parts of the game are still practically the same, and Akbarthegreat's pictures apply there.

So are you suggesting that Independent conquerors and circumnavigators are common in DoC, Jusos? Because if not, that's still an OMG for regular RFC too.

No, but there is a own thread for DoC OMGs and since a lot has changed in DoC, the screenshots taken from it shouldn't be in the regular RFC's OMG-thread. For example in regular independents don't circumnavigate.

This screenie is from China: All Under Heaven, which uses RFC Synthesis. However, it still belongs in this thread because the Japanese haven't been modified in any way that would make them more adept at picking up random cities in Persia, nor have the independents been changed to make Persia a more lucrative spot for conquerors. Therefore, as far as I can see, there is no reason to not post such pictures in this thread.
