He recorded his own speech. Since I assume he has her report in writing whatever else he may or may not have recorded is irrelivant. Give them the tape of his speech and a copy of the report. If he did record more than the speech there is no relivance to handing over more of it than he has to.

So where is the problem?

You need someone for whom she has more respect to take your evidence and talk to her calmly about the bad job she's doing.

Nothing if it's only you speaking. Sorry, I assumed he was recording the teacher making comments during the speech as well. Trying to use an informal tape recording of someone else as evidence against them can generally be a big at least in my state.

Because most people agree that the fundamental aims of communism are basically well intentioned ideas. They might despise Stalin, but at the same time they can admire Marx. Even if they think its soft headed and naieve (its not), most people think 'from each according...' is basically a good (in the moral sense of the word) idea.

None of that at all applies to Nazism.
