It's actually a she. And I haven't met her in real life, but the creepy thing is that she's invited kids she met online to her place.

Again, if you've never met this person, how do you know it's a she? Guys do lie, and claim to be women on the interwebs...

Cause I've seen her webcam? lol (also nothing inappropiate)

What country is the person in? If you have an idea where she is, find a way to tip the local police. If you can only tell the country, tip the national police. If you can't even tell that much, tip the Mounties and figure that if they think there's any substance they'll investigate and pass it on to other police agencies as appropriate.

911 is your best friend now (is it 911 in Canada? If not, then anyone with a badge is your friend (do they have badges in Canada? If not, then anybody with some sort of weapons is you friend (do they have weapons in Canada?(I always thought them were pacifists up there....))))

You know what, just call the police.

If somebody online claims they're a pedophile, then claims they're just joking, should you be worried? (Especially since person in question has a job which involves working with a lot of kids.)

I'd report it to authorities regardless. There are some things you just don't joke about and it isn't worth the risk that he might not be joking. If he WAS joking and is inconvenienced by the authorities, maybe the dip will have learned his lesson.

EDIT: Apologies, I posted before reading the rest. Change gender above accordingly, but the rest still stands.

Is there a website to report it? She's in Illinois. I'm useless with a phone. (stupid speech impediment)

If you report to the authorities, don't just tell them that you suspect she is pedophile. Leave it upon them to decide whether she is. You can do it by telling all the relevant details: copy-paste the relevant parts from your messenger history, or if you don't have one, try to reproduce them as accurately as possible. This way you don't have to think afterwards whether you caused harm to someone who was just fooling.

Even if she invited kids to her place, she might have been joking, it's judgment call, but if the whole thing creeped you out, it's a sign that there's something to be worried about.

Paedophiles will always confess to someone. No real paedophile will keep this to themselves.

Similarly, no-one ever uses sarcasm or irony.

If you microwave Styrofoam containers and eat it is that dangerous or toxic? Because I've been doing this for the better part of 5-6 months, and I didn't realize it was bad for you until one of my roommates mentioned that it might be toxic.

It's not dangerous or toxic unless you eat the Styrofoam or heat it so much that whatever's in the Styrofoam melts the container itself.

It says I have to be a citizen and there's all phone numbers and I'm no good with phones.

Just call your local police (I'm sure they don't care if you have a speech impediment or not), they should be able to contact the American one's if it serious enough.

Then PM all the links and all the info you have to me, or maybe VRWCA would be willing to do it, and one of us will look it over and see about following up on it.

Lets say we have a 2 earth mass planet in Earth's lagrangian L4 point. How long before the orbit of either planet becomes unstable?

With RPG (roleplaying games) mechanics in mind:

What should the probability of success be for a average skilled player faced with an average difficulty task?

Should it be 50-50? My gut feeling tells me that 50-50 is too obvious of an answer, but I could be over analyzing it.
