With regards to points 5 and 6: Since intervening in a civil war is in violation of that state's sovereignty, the UN should have no right to intervene.

2. expeditionary force (to expel an invader)
3. peacekeepers (to prevent war between states)

The tool used should be proportional to the event. Any event within a state's borders, even if it is genocide or rebellion, is outside the purview of the United Nations.

IC: bureaucracy seems to expand to only meet its own needs, increasing said needs. Speaking of schooling, we of the SUDS believe that children are the future. Hence we wish to set up a Universal Education Association. We will commence the draft of what it will do but be give the idea to prepare you all for one of the greatest policies the SUDS desire to set.

The SUDS had in observation to the important of a education global population feel that the UN must do its role in ensuring the world is in wisdom. Hence we declare a purposed creation of a Universal Education Association. The UEA will:

•Strive to educate all children, at the least in literature, mathematical, cultural, living skills like cooking, philosophical and scientific skills, while also educating them in industrial practices, craftsmanship, the social sciences such as history, sociology, psychology and politics, agriculture, geograthy, geology, spiritual studies and general education such as handling pressure and (for the eve of puberty) sexual education.

•Seek to ensure education is universal and students will not be blocked due to political, racial, sexual, gender, nationalist, abelist or other reason.

•See that books and electronic literature items like computers be accessible as much of the population as possible. Knowledge must be universal!

•Ensure a Teaching Standards Bureau to be set up by the UN to ensure teaching standards are well, while also ensuring facilities like school rooms and toiletries are efficient, while also seeing methods of improving the general education of the populace.

•Set up a Universal University Accessibility Association (UUAA) to ensure students that seek to go on to university gain the chance, via the United Nations Scholarship Fund (UNSF) which will aid poorer student get into fey university or the UNUAU (United Nations University Accommodations Unit) which will ensure students have the necessary accommodations for university. i have something to add. the most serene mechant republic requests that all topics involving history, politics, economics, cultural, literature, spiritual studies, sociology, government, and management be taught so that it does not teach policies from nations of different government. SUDS students would learn socialist economics and politics. for example, while Venetians would learn Venetian politics. Subjects such as science, math, and the other practical subjects will be universal, for they are the same everywhere.
We will support it under these conditions.

In considerations of the concern we of the S.U.D.S issue that these will be taken account of. We especilly suggest a agreed model with Venice on the matter. As for Macedonia we issue that they should allow their students to have a objective look at other ideological views; otherwise it would be censorship of the mind. As for sexual education we are issuing with hope to ensure family planning, awareness on STDs, considerations of sexuality and other subjects. We are trying to aid the world with knowledge and suggest we open this to all.

We are most pleased the agreement on maths, science and other pratical subjects, although litrature and language needs consideration as a important area.
