The Universe Game

I think we are auto trading already.

Anyrate we issue the world to discourage authoriterianism. We of the S.O.D.S are set to the will of liberty and the great socailist cause. Hence any trade must be not be from the exploitation of the workers or we will commence our policies against thee.

Hisssss, hissss, hissss, hisssss, chirp-chirp, hisssssssssssssssssssssssss, *stare*, hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisssssssssssssss.

Spoiler Translation :
Take your furry principles and shove them up your cloaca, you cannot understand the Hive.

It's been nearly a year and you still haven't got the game?

I don't buy games when they come out, I wait 6 months at least. Cheaper that way.

Secondly, EA can just go fondle themselves.

The Children of the Emperor cannot comprehend your concept of socialism. The Celestial Emperor is the sum and essence our species made incarnate in a single individual, it is the natural order of things that the incarnate Lord governs the Empire.

Your species may have its own way of doing things, lacking as it does an equivalent to the Celestial Emperor. But we will not abide foolish attempts to impose passing ideologies on our kind, when nature itself has ordained that we bow before the immortal intellect and will of the Father of our species.

Ailiens! Ailiens! Let me see...

No comrade Montgomery Shearer. This is a diplomatic matter. Since we are able to communicate we will need to introduce ourselves with care. We want to give a good impression on behalf of humanity.

But did not the S.U.D.S do dealing with ailiens before?

They were different. We will need to commission a plan to speak with this... "Emperor." While we do this I guess we will maintain normal trade links and prepare as the Grand Premier of the S.O.D.S conducts a declaration on our relations with this xeno power.

Hisssss, hissss, hissss, hisssss, chirp-chirp, hisssssssssssssssssssssssss, *stare*, hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisssssssssssssss.

What... odd aggression. We will inform our traders to have guards with them for temporal security as we assess this... Hive.

Territories will remain the same. Also, non-humans allowed.

XONES:

Humans are so tolerant of their own kind. I can only imagine what they'd be like towards non-homo sapiens.

How about a little competition? Whoever can first create a map of the world with an index of colors and nation names (they should be in the same row) will receive some industrial improvements...

They came from the stars.

From above the clouds, the flying metal machines came down. We felt them, but did not understand. Had we not destroyed the parasites, those who spewed forth toxins and scorched the land to build their tall, hollow, metal trees? The blood of the vermin had watered our roots, their entire race purged from existence. They had flown, yes, but only for a while, less than a sapling's age. They had never once breached the clouds to kiss the night's lights. So who was it that now came to our forest?

The answer soon became clear; the machines had delivered monsters to our world. As soon as they made landfall, they sought out the First One, seeking to uproot us. We fought them, yes, even used the parasite's ancient weapons against the monsters. But this was not enough. They burnt us with fire that cut and burned. The First One was taken; our roots were slashed and hacked to pieces. Suddenly, the voices of the woods, the gyluch, the pila bushes, the winged amonil, all were silenced.

Then, as suddenly as it had come, the silence was lifted. However, the voices that greeted us were new and strange. Our roots felt out tentatively, and grasped new life, unlike any we had known before. This was not our world, we were sure of it; what had the monsters done to us? Where had we been taken, and for what purpose?

It was not long before the monsters spoke to us, explaining what had transpired. We had been taken to a new forest, our old one burned in fire that rained from above. We had been placed on this world, along with many others. Parasites, not unlike those whom we exterminated ages ago. It seemed that we have been placed upon this world to engage in a twisted spectacle of survival for the monsters’ pleasure. If we must fight to survive, then we will. We have the old parasites’ code within us. We can recreate them to suit our needs. We will survive, whatever the cost.

The Torina

The Torina is a sentient, floral life-form. The "central nervous system" of the Torina is called the First One, a large tree-like plant. The First One is not a singular plant; it is instead a tangle of flora working as a hive-mind. The Torina "reproduce" by growing individuals copies of itself along a complex root system. This system can extend for many miles, providing it has the nutrients to support it.

As the Torina spread, it can establish a symboitic relationship with other flora, in which it provides protection in exchange for nutrients. The Torina is also capable forming such relationships with nearby fauna, establishing a telepathic link between it and the creature. The Torina is capable of absorbing lifeless plant and animal tissue, incorporating the DNA of the subject into its own. The Torina can then create new, flora based life-forms from pods that grow on unique stalks that develop along the root system.

Spoiler :

Let's start now.

Anyway:
The Imperials come from a galaxy far from the present one.

At the empires height, it controlled over 300,000 planets, spread across two galaxies. With a lifespan of 2 years, but a reproduction rate of over 30 children per parent, over population forced them to expand. This overpopulation actually let them effectively administrate their planets effectively.

When XONES came, they destroyed the empire, and deported the remnants to this contest. During the transportation, the women were made to have only 18 children maximum, stopping overpopulation. Their need to expand, though, has not ceased, and they are ready to fight.

The Numenorians finish a rough map. They will improve on it later.

OOC: I'm not sure if I did this right, but I can adjust if necessary. I'm also partially colorblind, but I think the colorpicker got the correct colors. (Thank you, GIMP. :p)

One issue: you place the name of the SUDS instead of the SODS :P

I have a correction of it from you map.

Map.png

You earn the industrial points but you have angry workers in your nation from mis-naming the democratic socialist power... or at least that will a penalty that can be arranged. :mischief:

Danarjish Militarism - For decades, the Kingdom of Danarj (now known as the United Kingdom of Danarj and Greater Noryei) held little but their flimsy grasp on the island of Danarj. The army was small and undisciplined; the soldiers were little more than peasants in "uniform," and it was a tossup whether or not they would follow orders. However, under the guidance of Commandant Wilhelm Shepard, one of the most influential men in Danarjish history and the man credited with the formation of the Kingdom of Danarj-Noryei and the establishment of the Shepard Dynasty. Under his strict guidelines for a soldier's life, the extensive training and drilling, and his iron will, he managed to transform the Danarjish military into something respectable, an army to be feared rather than laughed at. The adoption of a law allowing young unemployed men to be pressed into naval service made ships cheap enough for the Danarjish treasury to reasonably afford a large fleet of big ships. These new naval dominance allowed for the Danarjish fleet and army to reasonably project their power over the small Noryei tribes along the coast of the mainland; after several years of warring, the then-King Wilhelm Shepard established the United Kingdom of Danarj-Noryei.
