If this war continues thousands of innocent civilians and the landscape of Poland will be ruined. If you refuse to negiotate Germany will continue to fight and treat the Poles as rebels. No state will be created until the Poles prove themselves to be a peaceful people towards Germany.

We have 4 statements to make:

Firstly the debt you have placed on Greece, France, and the Union is entirely deplorable. You have created such a debt after the fact, and not beforehand. You never once stipulated that you wished to be repaid for the actions you took in sending money, or other forms of aid to these nations. This move is completly against the legal maxim: Nullum crimen, nulla poena sine praevia lege poenali (no crime, no punishment without a previous penal law), which has been part of common European law since 1813 and goes against moves like this which are similar to an ex post facto law.

Saying such we would like to remind Germany and Russia that both France and Greece are in the Tehran Pact and as such any attempt to extort these false debts will not be taken lightly.

Secondly, with at least Austria and Italy's recognition of Poland and at least 14 other nations view the necessity of the Polish free state along with the
chairman of the Council of Nations, we would recommend the ceasefire as offered by Germany, but the local referendums and constitution signing should be monitored not just by Germany and Switzerland but by workers employed by the council from all over the world.

Thirdly, what our merchants do is none of our government's concern. If they want to sell arms to the Poles that is their risk. You have obviously captured some of them, it is a risk they took in getting cash for guns.

Fourthly, Romania is an internationally recognized independent state as Austria as fully rescinded claim to the area and allowed them independence. We have signed an alliance with them, and combined with Austria we will fight any attempt made to take this away from the Romanian people.

As of the Moment, Scandinavia has temporarily closed down Russian Consulates and embassies in all states and territories, due to the heightening tensions between our two nations. As King of Scandinavia, It is my hope that such tensions will be eased, however, that will happen very slowly, if at all.

We would be happy to koin an alliance with you, however, our new policy of Neutrality would comprimise this relationship. However, in an effort to correct this, we do propose a Trade Agreement of the North Sea, so that all may benefit, and within the year new embassies will be available to be opened by Eire, Wales, Scotland and if they want, the Union of Commonwealth States.

We hope that Eire, Scotland and Wales see this as an opportunity to strengthen ties across the North Sea, as relations with our Russian Counterparts turn sour.

As we said, we would be happy to join into an alliance with you, however, our neutral stance forbids such asctions, however, the Trade Agreement stands as is.

Greece is another enemy of Russia. We have nothing to discuss, other than one point.

Bullying. How so? Is liberating England, part of Scotland, France, Turkestan, handing over Finland to Scandinavia, freeing Greece from muslim attacks, offering Turkey to the Turkish rebels only to have it rejected, reforming into a Republic under international pressure, organizing a PEACE CONFERENCE to ensure South America is a neutral continent...is that bullying?

Poland will not be accomodated any land within Russia, but the Poles are allowed to leave to German Poland. We are such horrible people, I guess we should do what all good nations do and DEPORT THEM TO AFRICA!!!

Or perhaps we should be as the Italians and collect the largest array of minorities and oppressed people in the history of the world and fund every rebellion possible in other countries. This is the true way of the noble.

Or maybe we should do as the traitors do. Scandinavia, India, and Greece, ever grateful to Russia's sacrifices, have done what any good allies would do. Switch sides and ally with Russia's greatest enemies! Ahh, perhaps we should do as France does! Neglect our nation so much that it succumbs to the evils of Communism and has to call for help, only to backstab those responsible for the liberation and kill thousands of thier soldiers in another act of negligence. Nah, I do not think Russia could attempt such idiocy even in a druken Vodka stupor.

It is during these times that the only people you can truly respect are you deepest enemies. Have the Arabs ever pretended to be anything other than mindless killers intent on destroying Christianity? No, and we respect them for that. Did the Chinese ever act like they were NOT xenophobic and paranoid? They did a move we should have done many years ago in staying out of the worthless body of the Council of Nations. Did the Communists ever lie about thier intent to overthrow the total social system of the world and kill millions in the process? Not bloody likely.

Russia will not be bullied. It will no longer conform or mend to the whims of an insane world where the only sane ones are the "Imperialistic nations" of Germany and Russia (shoutout to Serbia and Bulgaria too).
